Frequently Asked Questions

Buying, selling, and seller verification on BagX.

Buying on BagX

What to expect when you buy from a Verified Player.

How do I know the seller is real?

Every seller on BagX is Stripe-verified before they can receive a payout — real legal name, US address, SSN, and bank account. Offshore scammers and fake accounts can't get paid on this platform.

What if the bag doesn't arrive or isn't as described?

Open a dispute through BagX support and we'll work with you and Stripe to resolve it. Stripe-backed payment protection covers non-delivery and significant mismatches, with refund options when warranted.

How long does shipping take?

Sellers ship directly to you, so timelines vary by seller and carrier. Tracking is provided through the platform once the seller marks the order shipped.

Can I cancel an order?

Before the seller ships, yes — message the seller or contact support. After it ships, treat it as a return between you and the seller, with BagX support available to help if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.

Selling on BagX

How listings, payouts, and fees work.

What photos do I need to upload?

Every listing requires exactly 2 photos:

  1. Front of all 4 bags laid out together
  2. Back of all 4 bags laid out together

Optional but strongly encouraged: extra photos of any flaws (pulls, fades, dirt, stitching). Complete, honest photos build buyer trust and sell faster.

How do I list a bag?

Head to /l/new and follow the listing flow. You'll set your price, league, shipping option, and upload photos. Photos are required of the front and back of each item.

When do I get paid?

BagX initiates the seller payout after the carrier confirms delivery.

What fees does BagX charge?

You only pay when your item sells. BagX takes an 8% commission on the item price (not shipping), and Stripe's standard payment processing fee (~2.9% + 30¢) applies like any online checkout. On a $55 sale, you net about $48.70. No listing or monthly fees.

Do I have to verify my identity to sell?

Yes. Stripe verification is required before you can receive payouts, including real legal name, US address, SSN, and bank account. This is what makes BagX a Verified Players marketplace.

Can I offer free shipping?

Yes — when you list, you can set the shipping cost to $0 and absorb it yourself, or pass it through to the buyer. Either way, you ship directly from your address.

Seller Verification

How Verified Players get onto BagX.

How are sellers verified on BagX?

Through Stripe's KYC process: real legal name, US address, SSN, bank account verified via micro-deposits, and a government-issued ID in many cases. No seller can receive a payout until verification passes.

What if my Stripe verification fails?

You won't be able to sell on BagX until it passes. Contact BagX support if you need help working through the process with Stripe.

Why does BagX use Stripe?

Stripe is the payment infrastructure behind millions of marketplaces. They handle ID verification, fraud detection, tax reporting, and bank payouts — so you never have to share sensitive info with BagX directly.

Is my information private?

BagX doesn't store your SSN or bank account number — that lives with Stripe. See the Privacy Policy for the full details on what we keep and what we don't.

Leagues, Brands & Ratings

League stamps and how reviews work.

Do I have to pick a league when listing?

Yes — ACL, ACO, TCL or Non-Stamped. The league you choose determines which league hub page your bag shows up on.

What's the difference between ACL, ACO, and TCL?

ACL (American Cornhole League) is the largest US league with televised pro events. ACO (American Cornhole Organization) is the original sanctioning body with its own ruleset and regional structure. TCL (The Cornhole League) is a newer competitive league with its own approved-bag program.

How do reviews work on BagX?

After delivery, the buyer leaves a star rating and review, and the seller can rate the buyer as well. Reviews show on the seller's profile and factor into search ranking over time.

What does it mean if a seller has no reviews?

They're new to BagX — Stripe-verified but with no completed transactions yet. Their real identity and bank info are still confirmed; they just haven't built a review history.
